Initial Goal: Fat Loss

Testimonial: I’ve done so many yo-yo diets (including fit teas, keto, 1000 cals plus more) over the years and struggled so much with ED and accepting myself. Although I’ve always managed to lose weight from these, I’ve never been able to maintain it because I wasn’t addressing my core issue which is my relationship with MYSELF. Lib and Alice promote memories before macros and just loving yourself for who you are not just what you look like. I now value my strength, my mindset and my body - not just for what I look like but for what my body does for me. I feel with the help of this program, I can finally look at food and training as something that empowers me and fuels my love for life.
