Testimonial: I tried several 8 week challenges and restricted meal plans before I started train with Taya and I never saw any progress at all! I would be going to the gym and doing cardio workouts and just dreading it everyday, I would usually start the 8 week challenge and be good with nutrition however it was just so unsustainable to eat such low calories for such a long time.
Since joining train with taya I have learnt SO MUCH about training, nutrition and balance in my life. I’ve noticed the most changes in my body I ever have training. I’m feeling super strong and so support by Alice throughout everything. I’ve learnt so much about nutrition, tracking and how I don’t need to be eating low calories all the time to see results. I’ve learnt so much in the gym, how to correctly do exercises and focus on form and increasing weight. Alice has been so amazing 🥹 there every step of the way, I was unsure as to how online coaching would be but I’m srsly obsessed! Alice is so quick at replying and correcting form, helping with macros, hyping me up!! She is amazing, thank you sooooo much ❤️😍🤩
