• 5 week training blocks that are custom to you, your goals, your ability and any previous injuries you may have
• Periodised training blocks
• Demonstration videos
• Programmed sets, reps, rest periods, tempo and requirements for each exercise
• Track your workouts to ensure progression each week
Investment starting from only $55/week (or pay upfront)
*No sign up fee. Minimum 5 week commitment. Commitment is block to block therefore you cannot cancel mid way through a training block.
